Did you know that Fall is the absolute best time to plant perennials, ground covers, grasses, and especially trees. The evenings are cool enough to allow roots to establish and thrive. The days are warm with enough sunshine to help growth for storing carbohydrates needed to get through the winter.

Most of the plants in the sale are propagated and cared for by our certified Hays County Master Gardeners from the finest plantings and transplants in their own landscapes and gardens. Plants will include native, adapted, and Texas Superstar perennials, ornamental grasses, succulents, shrubs, and those all-important ornamental and shade trees.

The Hays County Master Gardeners Association is an educational service organization of volunteers who are trained in horticulture, landscaping, soil improvement, water conservation, and many other topics important to Hays County gardeners.
